What this site collects

Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no embedded third-party widgets and no forms. Nothing here asks you for personal information. The one thing kept in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme, if you make one: your browser stores it for itself, it is sent nowhere, and it goes when you clear this site’s data. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.

What the host sees

The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical details of a request — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp — in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse. That processing is Vercel’s and is described in their privacy policy. This site adds no logging of its own on top of it, and I do not receive or keep visitor-level records.

Fonts, images and outbound links

The typeface is downloaded when the site is built and served from this domain, so opening a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font service. Images are served from this domain too.

Links to LinkedIn, Dribbble, Behance, DocSend, Instagram, YouTube and fitline.com are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to any of them unless you follow the link, at which point that service’s own policy applies rather than this one.

Email

Mail sent to me@heydenys.com is read by me and kept only as long as the conversation needs. It is not added to a mailing list, and it is never shared or sold.

Your rights

Because nothing is collected here, there is no visitor data to request access to, correct, or have deleted. If we have exchanged email and you want that correspondence deleted, or you have any question about this notice, write to me@heydenys.com and I will deal with it.

Changes

This notice describes the site as it is currently built. If it ever starts collecting anything — an analytics script, a contact form, an embed — this page changes first, in the same release.
