Summary

PM Wiki is the companys internal knowledge platform. I was asked to lead the design to make it scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with modern UX standards. The goal was to support global teams with a consistent and easy-to-use knowledge base.

Problems

We identified 3 main goals:

Support customers with easy-to-use knowledge base

Reduse amounts of support tickets

Ensure scalability as content grows over time in 20+ languages

As a result:
