PM Wiki is the company’s internal knowledge platform. I was asked to lead the design to make it scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with modern UX standards. The goal was to support global teams with a consistent and easy-to-use knowledge base.

As a result:
Redused about of support tickets
Now we have a centralized company knowledge base
Used actively by internal teams across departments
